# Refund Policy

> All sales made through Ribbon Store are **final**.\
> Once a product has been purchased and delivered, **no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges** will be issued.

Ribbon Store operates as a **reseller** for various suppliers; therefore, refunds cannot be provided once an order has been fulfilled. This policy applies to all **digital goods, game accounts, and vouchers** unless explicitly stated otherwise.

> **Purchasing from Ribbon Store means you agree that all sales are final and governed by our Terms of Service.**

#### **2. Replacements and Exceptions**

Ribbon Store will provide a **free replacement** only under the following circumstances:

* The **product key or account** provided is **invalid** or does not function as described.
* The issue is **reported within the product’s warranty period** (as outlined in our Terms of Service).

> Replacements are issued only after our support team confirms the issue and verifies the necessary proof.

#### **3. Proof of Purchase**

To request a replacement or report an issue, you must provide:

* Your **order ID** or transaction proof.
* The **voucher** or verification code associated with your purchase.
* Evidence (such as screenshots or error messages) showing the problem.

Requests without sufficient proof may be declined.

#### **4. Disputes and Chargebacks**

> Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting our support team first will result in a **permanent blacklist** from future purchases and access to our products.

We take disputes seriously and work directly with our payment partners to resolve them fairly.

Ribbon Store is **not responsible** for:

* User mistakes, misuse, or account bans caused by the buyer’s actions.
* Loss of access due to changes made by third-party platforms (e.g., Rockstar, Discord, Steam).
* Issues beyond our control once the product has been successfully delivered.
